Apply:
  • Pass the bail of the pull-tight seal through opening of item to be sealed.
  • Insert and push the bail tip through tapered end of locking barrel.
  • Pull remainder of bail all the way through until pull-tight seal fits tightly on the item. Tug on bail to insure locking teeth are properly engaged.
